What types of computers are used to operate PRAVO system?
All types of computers for Windows® 9x, Windows® NT, Windows® XP
operating systems may be
used to operate PRAVO system.
How much memory is required for PRAVO system?
At present time all databases require about 400 Mb of disk space.

How many documents do databases of PRAVO system include?
All databases include more than 40000 documents.

Where do the documents come in the database of PRAVO system from?
Main sources: the Oliy Majlis, the Presidential Office, the Cabinet of
Ministers, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry
of Justice and other agencies of State power and administration.
Why do not all documents have been translated into Uzbek language
in Uzbek version of PRAVO system?
Uzbek version of the system has been issued since the year 2000. So only
those documents have been introduced to the system up to the present
time that have been officially translated into Uzbek language. Taking into
consideration wishes of the clients and requirements of Law of the
Republic of Uzbekistan "On official language" we seek the best ways to
solve the given problem.
During what time are new documents introduced to the databases of
PRAVO system?
The latest and most important documents are introduced to the databases
within a week.
What to do if required document has not been found in the databases?
First we offer you to look for the document in
the "Archives" database. It
may be that the document lost its validity. If the document has not been
found in the Archives, please call us and
we will try to help you.
Is "Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in English language"
database exact translation of "Economic legislation" Russian database?
No it is not. It is a specialized database. It has been created in accordance
with foreign partners' wishes. This database includes only those
documents that concern enterprises set up with a share of foreign
investment.
Do you grant any discounts for purchase of information databases?
Yes, we do. Please, refer to the
price list.
What is the difference between local area network version and non-local
area network version?
Local area network version is designed for unlimited number of the users,
while non-local network version may be installed only into one
computer. Local area network version is installed in common disk of file-
server. The cost of local area network version is specified in the
price list.
What to do if I have lost CD with PRAVO system?
When updating PRAVO system, you should pay only for the information
carrier.
What to do if I have lost the registration sheet?
In this case you should send a letter to the office of our company to the
name of the director of Aviabrok-CONSAUD Co. Ltd.; the letter is to be
composed on a letter-head of your organization and should include
information on loss of the registration sheet and a request to issue its
copy.
Note: If your organization has no letter-head, your letter should contain a
stamp and a signature of the director of your organization.
Installation of PRAVO system. Trouble shouting.
Error occurring when opening a database: "No access. Not registered database".
Registration of all bases is required at installations of the PRAVO system.
Call on us to register databases.
Error occurring when opening a database: "The Database is found on CD. Access will be realized in Demo-mode".
Such mistake appears in an effort open database with PRAVO CD.
Error occurring when opening a database: "No access. Unauthorized
installation of the database".
This error occurs in the following cases:
1. the name of the directory where the database was installed has been
changed;
2. local version has been installed on network file-server to operate as a
local area network;
In this case it is necessary to find out where databases have been installed
(into PRAVO or root directory). In case where databases have been
installed both in root directory and PRAVO directory, you should
delete directories with databases and program shell completely and then
change the CD, including the system's shell, in the office of our
company.
You should have in view that when installing program shell,
PRAVO directory is created, and when installing databases (for
example, Economic legislation) the system offers to place it into that
directory (PRAVO\ECONOMY.52) by default.
3. if databases were copied with PRAVO CD on local computer, without installation;
4. such mistake sometimes appears in an effort open
the database with Flesh-device;
In this case necessary to check the time zone on Your computer.
The Characteristic: Date and time >>> bookmark "Time zone": expose (GMT+05:00) "Islamabad, Karachi, Tashkent".
Identification file has not found.
In PRAVO directory is absent the identification file - title.wnw.
Necessary to change PRAVO CD in our office.
