About PRAVO system
What PRAVO system is?
PRAVO system - is the databases of legal information that include a full
set of documents from all sections of the legislation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan. They are very useful to solve legal problems arisen in the
work of a head, accountant, banker and a lawyer.
PRAVO system is created for all specialists, working with legal information, as well as it may be used
in training courses of the students
of legal and economic faculties of educational establishments.
PRAVO system is capable to perform work of the whole legal service: it
will help to settle economic disputes with the partners, save time and
resources when carrying out tax check-ups and audit, protect from the use
of outdated or inaccurate legal information.
Thanks to close contacts with the agencies of State power and
administration an universal collection of documents is updated each week
that allows our clients to receive latest information and support it in an
actual state.
PRAVO system includes information databases in Uzbek, English and
Russian languages.
PRAVO system is supplied on CD, as well as via the

Possibilities of PRAVO system
Today the databases of PRAVO system contain more than 40000
documents.Wide possibilities of search, bookmarks, references and contents
will help you to work with such great volume of information;
and in case where you faced with the difficulties, question-answering
system will help you to overcome them.
Search
The system has several types of search of documents that allow to find
necessary information on an interested matter. It is required only to use
correctly the system's capabilities.
- Keyword search is helpful when it is necessary to find documents either
directly or indirectly associated with a notion or a term. Such type of
search allows to find documents that may not contain real key word as a
context, but another one close to the meaning of such word in the context.
- Combined search allows to combine different information on documents
required (different criteria of search).
Such information may be as
follows: type of the document, authority issued it, number, date, number
of registration with the Ministry of Justice, status (valid, cancelled, null
and void), context search of the word and word combination containing in
sought document. Besides the aforementioned criteria, you may
preliminary select information section of the database for search. It is
convenient to use local context search, if it necessary to find the word of
word combination in the current document.
- Chronological table of contents of the database ensures quick and
effective access to the documents grouped according to time intervals
(year and month of adoption of the documents or date of the introduction
of amendments).
- Main menu. The databases are divided into sections and sub-sections that
allows to review all documents included into one or other section of the
legislation. Main menu also includes official classifier that helps to find
documents according to codes and names of sections of the legislation.
Work with documents
- List of bookmarks. The system allows to set up bookmarks and open the
documents and databases with their help. The list of bookmarks may
contain both a name of the document and a name of bookmarks. A
number of bookmarks is not limited; when finishing work with the
system, the list of bookmarks is saved automatically.
- Contents allows to
create own table of contents of the database and ensures effective access
to its components. Contents means a list of bookmarks that forms
hierarchical structure of thematic sections. It is necessary to note that
when updating the databases, all the bookmarks, including those in the
contents, remain unchanged.
- Title of the document. Each document, that may include sections and sub-
sections, has a title allowing quick search and pass from one part of the
document to the other.
The system includes the following documents:
- New documents - are those introduced to the system within the
established period of time.
- Modified documents are those to which amendments and supplements
have been introduced within the established period of time.
- Abolished documents are those considered null and void within the
established period of time.
Other advantages of the system
The databases are created on the basis of hypertext references; thanks to
them, you may immediately pass to other normative or legislative acts or
move from one part of the document
to the other.
The databases are updated regularly. Each updated version contains the
latest information (as of the current period of time).
Simplicity of copying
and transfer of documents to text editors or Word, Exsel applications allows you
to correct or print the document. You may print both the whole document
or its parts just from PRAVO system or save it as a file.
Multilingual interface allows to set up Uzbek, Russian and English
languages for menu points, dialogue windows, reference book and
different messages.
Awards
First version of PRAVO legal information system has been issued by
Aviabrok-CONSAUD Co. Ltd. in 1992. Since then the system is
developed successfully and is being added with new functions; a scope of
its information databases is being expanded.
PRAVO system has been estimated at its true worth at many contests:
- 2006. Company has got Thanksgiving letter for big contribution to organization of the quarterfinal round of the Championship of the world on programming in region "Middle Asia".
- 2005.
Victory on the National Internet - festival « Uzbekistan 2005 ». PRAVO On-line and our site www.pravo.uz has taken the second place in
a nomination the best
Website in the area of network services.
- 1998. PRAVO system has been acknowledged as the best software
product among the Republic's information programs.
- 1997. It took third place at the contest «The best software product of the
Republic of Uzbekistan».
- 1995. PRAVO system became a diploma-winner among commercial
legal databases at the second international contest of the systems of
support of law application and legislation, held in Moscow. At the same
time, the contest's experts acknowledged that PRAVO legal information
system - is the only one among commercial legal systems in the Republic
of Uzbekistan which documents are updated regularly.

Equipment requirements:
To operate PRAVO for Windows® 9x and above, the following minimum computer
configuration is required:
- CPU is not less than Pentium I.
- Hard disk space for installation of all information databases is not less
than 400 Mb.
- When operating CD of PRAVO system, hard disk space is to be not more
than 100 Kb (to keep configuation files only).
- RAM - 128 Mb.
- CD-ROM device is only for the system supplied on CD.
- PC mouse.
Now PRAVO mobile system may operate on Mobile Disk - flash external device memory capacity from 512 Mb and over.
