Documents contained in this information database allow making reference to those normative and legal acts, which have shown their effectiveness in practice when solving disputed questions. The database also includes documents elucidating activity of judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• official documents of higher judicial agencies (such as letters, resolutions) containing recommendations and explanations regarding consideration of different cases
• judicial acts of different instances, including higher judicial agencies - the Higher Economic Court of the RUz, the Supreme Court of the RUz and the Constitutional Court of the RUz
• information on consideration of certain cases
• review of court practice
